Miele Capricorn S5981 Canister Vacuum Cleaner
The Miele Capricorn S5981 vacuum comes together with the ultimate in luxury and features. With a sleek Luna Silver colored body, deluxe electro handle, and a "direct connect" system for effortless wand/hose attachment, the Miele Capricorn vacuum is designed to be durable and provide years of pure cleaning power that exceeds expectations. Standard tools included are natural bristle dust brush, crevice and furniture tools, parquet floor tool (SBB 300-3), and a choice of the SEB 217-3 10.5" Powerbrush (free option) or the SEB 236 13-3/8" Powerbrush (add $100).
This high-end S5 Series Miele Vacuum Cleaner has a 1200-watt high output Vortex Motor System, HEPA filter, and IntensiveClean Plus bag for ultimate cleaning performance. The telescopic wand handle is ergonomically designed with finger-tip suction control allowing quick, easy adjustments for various surfaces including carpets, hardwood floors, or even draperies. The Miele Capricorn vacuum cleaner even includes safety features such as on-board indicators for vacuum filter or bag replacement, an over-heat indicator and an automatic shut-off.

Miele Capricorn a Fully Featured Vacuum

After several weeks all I can say is WOW! Miele makes a fantastic, well built, quiet vacuum that offers superior cleaning on everything we throw at it. The new Capricorn purple finish is unique - I was told we were one of the first to get the new color & finish. I clean differently than my wife. The vacuum suits both of us well. I like the fact that I can be watching TV while she vacuums and it hardly bothers me, it is that quiet, yet very powerful. We have tile, carpet, and wood floors, this is why we chose the Miele Capricorn - it is fully functional cleaning machine on all surfaces. When cleaning large rooms, you hardly notice the canister behind you as it glides effortlessly. Transitioning from room to room is also an ease. I tend to like canisters over uprights and the head can be lift and moved quickly, much better on your back and easier for spot cleaning. The cleaning results with the Miele Capricorn are plain awesome and well worth every penny. Yes - it is a big investment, but after spending 50K on a new kitchen, is sure is nice to keep it clean with the best.
