The DC26 City is ideal for canister users in small dwellings, canister users looking for a second vacuum in a multi level home, or a canister user who's looking for something small and lightweight. At just 12 lbs., the DC26 works like a full size Dyson vacuum. It also features a carbon fiber brush bar. The carbon fiber brush bar has the usual stiff bristles which give a good carpet cleaning performance, but the brush bar is also equipped with very fine carbon filaments which reduce the static charge on the floor and in doing so allow the fine dust to be lifted into the air stream. Additionally, this machine's centralized motor is positioned to remove drag weight.
