The technology features a powered cam that raises and lowers the brushbar to adjust to different floor types. This differs from other technology that simply raises the entire cleaner head, which can create air gaps and suction leaks. To eliminate air gaps, a pneumatic actuator literally pulls the cleaner head into the floor, allowing for an optimal seal. In turn, a high torque clutch generates power to the brushbar to remove the toughest dirt and hard to reach dust and debris.
