IQAir Chemisorber GC
The IQAir GC Chemisorber air purifier targets formaldehyde, hydrogen, sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, and allergen particles. The Chemisorber GC unit is a good choice for removing vapors stemming from wood products - including softwood plywood, hardwood plywood panelling, particleboard, and medium density fiberboard - as well as other wood products and building materials made with adhesives that contain urea-formaldehyde (UF) resins. The Chemisorber gas phase media includes 17 pounds of granular impregnated alumina. The Chemisorber GC model addresses airborne chemicals such as Acetaldehyde, Acetylene, Arsine, Carbon dioxide, Ethylene, Formaldehyde, Hydrazine, Hydrogen cyanide, Hydrogen sulfide, Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen dioxide, Phosphine, Silane, and Sulfur dioxide.
