IQAir Air Purifier
The IQAir GC MultiGas is the wide spectrum chemical and odor control specialist. The IQAir GC MultiGas has been customized for wide spectrum molecular and particulate contaminant control. Just like a professional gas mask, the GC MultiGas maximizes molecular filtration for a wide variety of gaseous chemicals and odors with its advanced filter cartridge design. And while gas and odor control is a particular strength of this system, the GC MultiGas also offers excellent filtration for particles.
The IQAir GC MultiGas is the best choice for individuals with multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). The HEPA filtration technology in this unit is a four-step process of airflow. First, micro- and nano- particle filtration occurs and eliminates particles such as allergens, smoke, bacteria, and viruses. Second, a cartridge-based activated carbon adsorption system eliminates volatile organic compounds (VOC), which are responsible for odors. Next, airflow moves through a cartridge-based chemisorption, which destroys harmful chemicals, such as formaldehyde, by an oxidation process inside a chemically active alumina pellet. Finally, airflow moves through a micro-charged filtration system which eliminates activated carbon and chemisorption abrasion particles through a charged fiber structure. Thus the IQAir GC MultiGas leaves you with nothing but pure air to breathe.
