Advertisement of "Sale" on "Out of Stock" items: We do not honor any advertised sale price of out-of-stock items. Larger stores generally carry only limited number of these low price items and continue advertise them after they are sold out to drive traffic to their sites and stores.

 

Third Party Sites: As of 2009, the National Retail Federation warns that Dyson models are on the list of frequently stolen items from retail chains. Theft occurs through employees, groups or gangs that target stores. The goods typically wind up being sold on auction sites or third party sites. Dyson will only honor warranty for products with proof of purchase through their select retailers. A list of these retailers can be found on the Dyson website. For this reason, we typically do not match prices from third party sites.
