This full-size canister is powered by Miele's 1200 watt Vortex Motor System ensuring consistent and reliable suction power. The suction power is adjusted by a rotary dial so you are using the amount of power appropriate for every cleaning situation.
The Ariel contains the the Super Air Clean filter and is designed for normal use. The filter is made of multi-ply material which is electrostatically charged to retain dust particles. It retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and 94% of particles down to 0.3 of a micron. This filter system combined with the 9-layer dust bag and it's spring-loaded, self sealing collar will make for a clean and virtually dust free bag change.
Your Ariel machine will come with the SBD550-3 Combination carpet & smooth floor tool. This floor tool will clean low pile carpets and rugs and with a flip of a rocker switch adjust to your smooth flooring surfaces. The stainless steel telescopic wand and integrated accessories will add to the versatility of your Ariel vacuum. Conveniently located under the casing, the dusting brush, crevice tool and upholstery nozzle will always be within arms reach. Boasting a 33 foot operating radius, you will effortlessly reach every corner of your home. As with all Miele vacuums, there is a 7 year warranty on the suction motor and a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
