The Miele Fabric Protector is a specially formulated liquid used post-wash for reproofing garments or textiles made from both synthetic or natural fibers, particularly sportswear and table cloths. The fabric protector works to wind- or waterproof sportswear and to arm your fabrics with a stain and liquid resistant exterior to protect the fabric. For stain resistant fabrics, the fabric protector is used to reproof the textile after washing. The use of the Miele fabric protector ensures long life and use of items made with dirt-repellent and moisture wicking properties while maintaining breathability and flexibility.
The high-tech formula of the Miele Fabric Protector "protects your protectors" so they continue to keep you warm, cool, dry, or clean even after they have been machine washed several times. Whether you need to reproof athletic or seasonal clothing or wish to protect linens such as special napkins or tablecloths from accidental spills, the Miele fabric protector can aid in these laundry needs. The fabric protector reproofing agent works by independently coating the individual fibers of the fabric to retain elasticity and wicking action.
To use the Miele Fabric Protector, simply add the liquid to your fabric softener compartment of your washing machine and follow with an extra hot drying cycle. This product is safe for use in any high efficiency (HE) washing machine.
