Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on all vacuums found on our site unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the product(s) ordered and shipping options chosen.
Free Same Day Shipping: Many items are subject to free shipping and will be shipped the same day your order is placed, Monday through Friday except holidays (unless a product is out of stock or on backorder from the manufacturer). Your order must be placed by 2:00PM EST to qualify for same day shipping. The free same day shipping service is forwarded by UPS ground for vacuums or accessories and varies from Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and ground service. Every order is fully insured for the full purchase price in case of loss or damage and any lost or damaged item will be replaced free of charge. If alternate shipping methods are required beyond the standard shipping option for your unit, they will be offered during checkout. The following options are available:

Shipping Price: Delivery for most items over $59.00 is free of charge. Orders under $59.00 are billed $7.85 for delivery.
Brands with Free Shipping: The following brands have free shipping on any order of $59.00 or more:
- Dyson
- Miele - includes Miele Care Collection & Persil Detergents
- IQAir
- AirTamer
- Rotho
- RugDoctor Machines and Accessories only (Cleaning Solutions excluded)
Some brands will offer free shipping for several items, and other items from the same brand will incur a shipping charge. These brands are outlined below:
- Reliable - all items $499+ ship free
- iRobot - all items $499+ ship free
- Gaggia - all espresso machines ship free
All orders under $59.00 are subject to a $7.85 shipping fee, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All coffee, tea, espresso, and coffee machine accessories incur the $7.85 shipping charge when the individual products are under $499. Reliable and iRobot products under $499 will also incur the shipping charge.
Handling Charges: Due to the fragile nature of certain products and the additional packaging required for safe shipping, some products are assessed a handling fee. RugDoctor liquid cleaning solutions are assessed a handling fee varying by bottle size and weight. The handling fee is applied per bottle, regardless of the order total or if the order qualifies for free shipping. These handling charges are presented on the individual product pages.
Delivery (UPS):
No UPS deliveries can be made to PO Boxes and certain rural addresses. Please contact UPS directly if you have specific questions about delivering to your address.
Delivery (USPS):
Any items shipped by USPS do not require a signature. These items will be left in your PO Box or Mail Box.
Missed UPS Deliveries:
If for any reason you miss the first attempt from UPS to deliver your order, UPS will leave a call tag with a toll free number to reschedule delivery. Please call the toll free number on the call tag to reschedule delivery or pick-up at your local UPS Center. A total of three (3) drop-off attempts will be made, free of charge.
Tracking your Shipment:
Once we have prepared your package for shipment, you will receive an e-mail stating your order has been shipped. A tracking number and link will also be provided in this e-mail if your order was shipped UPS. You may click on the link for instant, up to date status and location of your package.
Shipping Schedule: Our goal is to ensure your order is shipped within 12 to 24 hours of your order, or sooner. To ensure your item ships the same day it is ordered (Monday through Friday), please complete your order no later than 2:00PM EST. Any orders received after 2:00PM will ship the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please see the UPS shipping map below for information on when to expect your delivery.

Exceptions:
Under normal circumstances, your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. However, circumstances beyond our control may delay timely shipment. These circumstances may include: weather, periods of high order volume, out of stock items, holidays, etc.
